Summary
An Integrated Learning Management Solution (ILMS) is extremely important for any educational organization. RightCliQ provided an ILMS solutions to one such Arabic academy in the US. This non-profit academy provides subjects related to Arabic education and helps students in the memorization of the holy Quran (Hifz). Our ILMS applications covers the entire spectrum of activities, ranging from Student Registration, Teacher Management, fees, leaves, subjects, classes and reports. The application has around 100+ modules/sub-modules and an easy to integrate user-interface.
Problems
Presence of multiple courses. The courses can be part-time or full-time, and the students can choose specific subjects from a particular course.
Availability of multiple fee structures. Flexible fee payment schedules made it difficult to monitor collections.
The registration process was done manually. There were multiple approval and interview processes making it difficult to be tracked by a human.
The teaching staff can be full time or part time. In fact, even a student can be a part time teacher. All such records were maintained manually.
Being a non-profit organization, it was very time consuming and tedious for volunteers to complete the administrative tasks themselves.
